As a PhD student at UCL, I had the opportunity to work as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Comparative Literature. During the 2014-15 academic year, I assisted Dr. Florian Mussgnug in the "Globalism, Radicalism, and Utopia" module and I helped him coordinate the discussions in the seminars.

In addition, I organised and chaired my own seminars during the course. My seminars ran in parallel with Professor Mussgnug's lessons and were designed to analyse with the students some aspects of utopian literature which could not be examined in depth before. During the seminars, I used Power Point presentations and audio and video files to communicate with the students in the clearest possible way.

My experience as a Teaching Assistant in one of the most prestigious universities in Europe greatly helped me to develop my interpersonal and communication skills, as well as my ability to organise an important cultural project at the highest academic level.
